Susucaru Rosato is a blend of white grapes malvasia, moscadella, catarratto with Etna’s famous varietal Nerello Mascalese. It is a dark rosé that balances perfectly juicy red fruit and a dynamic flinty minerality, expressive of the lava on which it was grown. It is a fragrant, elegant with notes of smoky strawberry and special.
